Terms of Service

tourQtickets is operated by tourQ as a public ticketing marketplace. tourQ provides the platform, the checkout and the ticket delivery. The event itself is produced and controlled by an independent organizer — the artist, venue, promoter or festival producer listed on the event page ("Organizer").

When you buy a ticket, you enter into two relationships: a platform agreement with tourQ governed by these terms, and an attendance agreement with the Organizer governed by their event rules. tourQ acts as the Organizer's authorized ticketing agent. tourQ does not produce, host, control or insure any event.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase tickets. You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, email and phone number you provide — that is how your tickets are delivered and how you will be reached if an event changes.

Keep your account credentials and ticket links private. Anyone holding a valid ticket barcode may be admitted, and tourQ is not able to reissue a ticket that someone else has already used.

A ticket is a revocable, limited licence to attend a specific event at a specific time, subject to the Organizer's rules and the venue's rules. It is not property and conveys no ownership interest. The Organizer or venue may refuse entry or remove any attendee for conduct, safety, capacity, age restrictions, intoxication or violation of venue policy, generally without refund.

Tickets are issued per order and delivered digitally. Screenshots and duplicates of the same barcode admit one person only — the first valid scan wins.

Ticket prices are set by the Organizer. Any service fee, processing fee or tax is disclosed on the event page and again at checkout before you pay. tourQtickets does not add hidden fees after the total is shown.

Payments are processed by Stripe. tourQ does not receive or store your full card number. Your card statement may show the Organizer's or tourQ's descriptor depending on how the Organizer's payout account is configured.

All sales are final unless the Organizer's published refund policy says otherwise or the event is cancelled. Refund policies are set by the Organizer per event and shown on the event page.

If an event is cancelled outright, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket face value. Service and processing fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket is normally valid for the new date; if you cannot attend, refund eligibility follows the Organizer's policy.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and are funded by the Organizer. tourQ will facilitate the refund but is not the guarantor of the Organizer's obligations.

tourQtickets is a primary marketplace. Reselling a ticket above face value, listing it on a secondary marketplace, or using bots, scripts or automated means to buy tickets is prohibited. Tickets acquired or transferred in violation of these terms may be voided without refund.

Where the Organizer enables transfers, you may transfer a ticket to another person through the tools we provide. Once transferred, the ticket is no longer yours.

You agree not to interfere with the platform, scrape it at volume, probe its security, reverse engineer it, or use it to defraud Organizers or other buyers. Chargebacks filed instead of contacting support may result in the associated tickets being voided and your account being suspended.

Attendance is at your own risk. Live events involve loud sound, lighting effects, crowds and physical activity. You are responsible for following venue safety instructions and any health requirements the Organizer imposes.

Events are often recorded or photographed. By attending, you may appear in footage or images captured by the Organizer or venue and consent to their use as described in the Organizer's own policies.

Event names, artwork, logos and descriptions are supplied by Organizers, who are responsible for their accuracy and for having the rights to use them. The tourQtickets name, interface and software are owned by tourQ and may not be copied or reused without permission.

If you believe a listing infringes your rights, contact us with details and we will review and act on valid notices.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, tourQ disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. tourQ does not warrant that any event will take place as advertised, or that any Organizer will perform its obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tourQ's total liability arising out of or relating to your use of tourQtickets or any ticket purchased through it is limited to the amount you paid for the affected tickets. tourQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost travel, lodging or time.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless tourQ and its Organizers from claims arising out of your misuse of the platform, your breach of these terms or your conduct at an event.

Please contact support first — most issues resolve faster that way. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which tourQ is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the courts located there, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
