Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated August 4, 2026
Refund terms are set by the event Organizer and shown on each event page. This page explains the defaults that apply when an Organizer has not published something different.
1. All sales are final by default
Because capacity is limited and Organizers plan around confirmed sales, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event page says otherwise or one of the situations below applies.
2. If the event is cancelled
You are entitled to a refund of the ticket face value, returned to your original payment method. Service and processing fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law. Refunds are funded by the Organizer and normally appear within 5–10 business days of being issued.
3. If the event is postponed or moved
Your existing ticket is valid for the rescheduled date or relocated venue without any action from you. If you cannot make the new date, refund eligibility follows the Organizer's published policy for that event.
4. Lineup and schedule changes
Support acts, set times and running order can change. A change to a supporting act, set time or venue layout is not on its own grounds for a refund. A change to the headline performer usually is — check the event page or contact the Organizer.
5. Duplicate charges and order errors
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or your tickets never arrived, contact support before filing a chargeback. Genuine billing errors are corrected promptly.
6. When refunds are not available
No refund is issued for non-attendance, late arrival, tickets voided for resale or bot activity, or removal from a venue for conduct. Tickets already scanned at the door cannot be refunded.
7. How to request a refund
Start from your order confirmation email or your My tickets page and use the support link on the order. Include the order number and the reason for the request. Requests are reviewed against the Organizer's policy for that event.
